Making Connections While Following God

I have some items that could have value. I am networking with people who may know someone, who knows someone who knows the value. I sold a couple unusual items using this method. I know I will find more of these specialists in their fields who may also benefit from their services rendered.

Bottomline is: 1- I want to help other widows and grieving family. 2- I want to live on 10% of my income and give back to God the 90%. 3- I want my company to promote God's principles and reflect His Standards of Practice in all levels and areas of business. 4- I want to focus on listening to God's still small voice and be used of Him in any way for His glory.

Focus On the Little Guy

It is the employee who accomplishes the basic ground floor jobs that needs and deserves the most recognition for a job well done. They can have a great internal impetus for personal satisfaction in doing a job well. They are on the bottom of the totem pole and no business can thrive without them. They do a lot of the grunt work or menial tasks that are essential. They don't always have someone looking over their shoulder and often overlooked or taken for granted. Listen to, and take care of, the needs of the little guy and promote team cohesion and personal ownership of the job.
